Dry Rose Varietal Wine
Characteristics:
An expressive rosé wine, with intense aromas of red fruits, with emphasis on strawberry and cherry, cool acidity and soft taste.
Vinification:
After light destemming and crushing, the juice macerates over night to acquire the desired colour. The must is then separated from stems and after light pressing, transferred to fermentation tanks. Temperature during fermentation never exceeds 14º C.
With the purchase of each bottle, one euro (€1) is allocated to "The Black Squirrel Project", a special project that supports the stray animals in Metsovo.
