Dry White Varietal Wine
Characteristics:
Bright light yellow color. It captures the aromas of Spring in its aromatic character. With a strong floral character and characteristic fruit aromas, this is a white wine with a cool acidity and a characteristic fruit aftertaste.
Vinification:
Pre-fermentation cold maceration over night at low temperature. Fermentation at temperatures below 15οC. The young wine spends a few weeks on its lees before bottling.
With the purchase of each bottle, one euro (€1) is allocated to "The Black Squirrel Project", a special project that supports the stray animals in Metsovo.
